The classic Rodgers & Hart ballad from their musical “Babes In Arms” was introduced onstage by Mitzi Green and Ray Heatherton, who is also heard here on this first commercial recording of the song. The most successful 1937 version was by Hal Kemp (listen here: https://youtu.be/ycHmnv5XXI0 ) and later generations should remember the 1960 hit by Dion & the Belmonts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYIz_FH5Ym8
