■김윤아(음악감독/클라리넷)
Hailed by The New York Times for her “inexhaustible virtuosity”, clarinetist Yoonah Kim is rapidly earning recognition as a young artist of uncommon musical depth and versatility. A winner of the 2016 Concert Artists Guild International Competition—the first solo clarinetist to win CAG in nearly 30 years–this Korean-Canadian artist joins the ranks of prominent solo clarinetists discovered by CAG, including David Shifrin, Michael Collins, and David Krakauer. Yoonah’s 2019-2020 schedule starts with a summer of music-making at Marlboro Music Festival, followed by solo and chamber music performances across North America and abroad. Highlights include concerto performances of Artie Shaw’s Concerto for Clarine t with the Westshore Symphony Orchestra, and Eric Nathan’s Double Concerto for Clarinet and Violin with Orchestra with the New England Philharmonic. This season also brings a new special project titled The Inner Voices with violist Dana Kelley and pianist Fei-Fei, featuring the music of Mozart, Schumann and Brahms. Recent appearances include performances of the Mozart Clarinet Concerto with the Maui Chamber Orchestra, the World Premiere of a new concerto by Eric Nathan for Violin and Clarinet, with violinist Stefan Jackiw and the New York Classical Players, as well as chamber music at the Mainly Mozart Festival in San Diego. Also special performances of Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time with the JCT Trio at Princeton University and the Crypt in New York City. The 2019-2020 season also brings a new special project titled The Inner Voices with violist Dana Kelley and pianist Fei-Fei, featuring the music of Schumann and Brahms. Yoonah is currently based in New York City.

Stefan Jackiw is one of America’s foremost violinists, captivating audiences with playing that combines poetry and purity with an impeccable technique. Hailed for playing of "uncommon musical substance" that is “striking for its intelligence and sensitivity” (Boston Globe), Jackiw has appeared as soloist with the Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco symphony orchestras, among others. Highlights of recent seasons include his debut with the Cleveland Orchestra and Juraj Valcuha, with whom he also re-united for performances in Dallas, Detroit, and Luxembourg; performances of Prokofiev's Second Violin Concerto at Carnegie Hall with Mikhail Pletnev, as part of a multi-city tour with the Russian National Orchestra; as well as performances with the St. Louis Symphony under Nicholas McGegan, the Minnesota Orchestra under Ilyich Rivas, the Rotterdam Philharmonic under Yannick Nézet-Séguin, the Indianapolis Symphony under Krzysztof Urbanski, and the Pittsburgh Symphony under Valčuha. Other highlights in Europe included his performances with the Netherlands Radio Symphony and Ludovic Morlot at the Concertgebouw. Jackiw has performed in numerous important festivals and concert series, including the Aspen Music Festival, Ravinia Festival, Caramoor International Music Festival, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, New York’s Mostly Mozart Festival, the Philharmonie de Paris, Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, the Celebrity Series of Boston, and the Washington Performing Arts Society.
■조준영(피아노)
Pianist Jun Cho has appeared as both solo and chamber musician at major New York venues including Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, and Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center. Mr. Cho has also performed as concerto soloist with the orchestras of Rice University, The Juilliard School and The Mannes School. An avid collaborator, Mr. Cho has performed with renowned musicians including Ithzak Perlman, Kathleen Winkler, and Nicholas Kitchen. He has given extensive collaborative performances at the Aspen Music Festival and the Sejong Music Festival, and served as a collaborative piano faculty at the Heifetz Institute. He currently serves as a faculty member at the Perlman Music Program. Jun Cho received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Music degrees at The Juilliard School and currently resides in New York City while pursuing a doctoral degree at The Shepherd School of Music at Rice University.
