終戦の日を目前に、「島唄」と「風になりたい」という2つの名曲を
夏の祈りと希望を音にのせてカバーしました。

「島唄」は、沖縄の歴史、そして戦争の悲しみと平和への祈りが込められた作品です。
宮沢和史さんの深い想いが宿る歌詞と旋律は、今なお多くの人の心を動かします。
「風になりたい」は、解放感と希望、夏のお祭りのような高揚感を感じさせてくれる楽曲です。

この2曲で夏の日本が持つ「静けさと賑わい」「記憶と未来」を感じて頂きたい。

With the end of the war fast approaching, we've covered two classic songs, "Shima Uta" (Shima Uta) and "I Want to Be the Wind,"
putting summer prayers and hopes to music.

"Shima Uta" is a piece that is imbued with Okinawa's history, the sorrow of war, and prayers for peace.
Kazufumi Miyazawa's lyrics and melody, filled with deep emotion, still move many people today.
"I Want to Be the Wind" evokes a sense of liberation, hope, and the exhilaration of a summer festival.

We hope these two songs will evoke the "tranquility and bustle" and "memories and future" that summer in Japan embodies.
