由刘明源作曲，潘耀田记谱，曲如其名，洋溢着一片喜气。中国唱片一般名之为“喜洋洋”，但当年所熟悉的艺声牌子以及许多翻版唱片都沿用“喜气洋洋”这个名字，如今重温也感觉这个名字更有时代感和亲切感。这首曲有许多不同版本，这里听到的是从1960年代源自艺声/中国唱片的记谱版本。

Composed by Liu Mingyuan and notated by Phoon Yew Tien, the music is full of joy as its name suggests. It was generally named "Xi Yang Yang" in the Chinese records. However,the name "Xi Qi Yang Yang" was used by the familiar Art-tune brand and many reprinted records. In my memory of this music, I feel the name has a sense of age and intimacy. The music has many different versions, and this is a notation from China/Art-tune records in the 1960s.
